What We Do Strategy Development
Few organization have their complete strategy written and organized in an easy-to understand fashion. Usually, critical components of the strategy are stored in leaders’ minds. What leaders say and what they think are often times two different things. Key choices are communicated in meetings but aren’t necessarily codified anywhere that’s accessible by the rest of the organization. Consequently, leaders often have differing definitions of the business strategy which drives organizational confusion and inefficiency.
We work directly with organizational leaders to clearly articulate the key strategic choices of the organization on to one page. Our collaborative, iterative process drives specificity and alignment around the organization’s key choices. Our executive survey and questionnaire helps pull the institutional knowledge out of the leader’s mind and gets it on to paper so it can be honed, polished and communicated and the rest of the organization can begin aligning around those key choices. The result is improved speed, efficiency and clarity.
