What We Do Meeting Facilitation

Strategy and team off-site meetings can be an effective way to drive strategy alignment and communicate strategy and business shifts.  Usually, an executive or director is responsible for facilitating the meeting or discussion.  However, this can sometimes deter robust discussion.  We lead and facilitate strategy meetings / discussions at the board, corporate, business and brand level.  We organize meeting content and ensure key activities are discussed and addressed.  We help groups stay on track and provide necessary summaries and follow up.
